The Assignment
The Korean Biotechnology Company was seeking an appropriate Business Partner to facilitate its entry in the rapidly growing Indian Market.
The Indian Business Entity wanted to ensure its local business interest, while expanding its Service Portfolio on the Global Map.
The Approach
Developing a practical plan for mutual collaboration is the key. Business insights into both markets are essential to identify the unique advantages of both the Joint Venture Partners.
The Solution
It is important to manage the situation at multiple levels. At an operational level, a Working Collaboration Platform was created between both Partners. For sound planning, the team developed the documents, protocols, and systems to crystalize the mutual advantages. Both creative visual design and original content writing skills were employed for maximum effect. Our Business Leadership contribution towards achieving a formal agreement during the Board Room negotiations was equally important & appreciated.
